Making OpenForge grate again

We've got a grate release for you this week!

OK, I think I'm done with the puns, for which I'm sure you'll all be grateful.  (Whoops, one more slipped out.)

I know this isn't useful for the tavern, but I need a grate for an upcoming game, so I thought I would slip something in between tavern releases.

We've got every size from 2x2 to 4x4, so it should meet all your grate needs. Conveniently, the metalworkers who designed the grate put in thicker bars every 5 feet or so, which means the grid is still easy to see. Interesting how that worked out.

I hope you think they're grate! (Damnit, I just can't help myself.)

Tables -- like walls, but with less commitment

As I continue to round out the tavern's kitchen, work benches make a functional addition. These benches are perfect inside a kitchen, smithy, alchemist's lab or any other place where people are making things.

Thank you all for the well wishes. I'm feeling much better!

Bring out your bread! Bring out your bread!

I'm starting the process of filling out the kitchen of the Dirty Goat Tavern.

I designed this bread oven after looking at a large number of paintings and real bread ovens from the middle ages. Add a cut-down tea light in the interior to give it a beautiful flickering-fire glow.

This is the most detailed model I've ever created, though some of that detail is lost in printing.  Every brick is hand textured and different from the others.  This model was an experiment in what level of detail I could achieve.

Administrative note: Releasing on Tuesday and Thursday has been difficult because of the very short period of time between the two release days. There's barely time to get something made between them. I've decided to move to a Tuesday and Friday schedule so that I can have a little more time to get the second weekly release completed.

You can't come back if you never leave. These doors let you leave.

Another piece needed for the tavern.

I decided to do both wood- and stone-floor variations of this tile.  For dungeons, it will be nice to have access to both square and arched doorways to be able to theme different areas differently.

In my research, I noted that many Tudor buildings have stone-lined doors.  I incorporated this into the tavern of the Dirty Goat for the owner's quarters and the kitchen.

Grab the stone ones here and the wood ones here.  The backs have also been added to the wall construction kit
